Here at The Natural Bakery we have gone back to basics by milling our own flour in-house supplied by a Dublin tillage farmer whose farm is only one mile away from where we bake our bread. All the wholemeal flour we use in our bakery is from his farm in Newcastle, County Dublin. The Natural Bakery is the only bakery in Ireland implementing a farm-to-loaf initiative.
